Plaintiff Dismisses Lawsuit For Sexual Abuse

Plaintiff alleged sexual abuse decades ago by a volunteer children’s teacher of a major religious organization. After we removed the case to federal court and noticed the plaintiff’s deposition, plaintiff’s attorney withdrew from representing her, and the plaintiff dismissed her case with prejudice.
