Obtained Harassment TRO Against Church Member Turned Stalking Vandal

Obtained a civil harassment restraining order on behalf of a leader of a religious organization who was being harassed by a former member of the congregation. The harassment included threatening texts and phone calls, defamatory Yelp and Google “reviews” of the leader’s private business, and vandalism of the leader’s vehicle. The court order prohibits any contact with the leader or his family via telephone, writing, email, texts, or social media. It also prohibits any harassment, intimidation, threats, or destruction of personal property.
