Mid-Level Attorney

We are seeking well-qualified applicants from ABA accredited law degrees for a mid-level attorney (3-plus years civil litigation experience) to join a fast-paced boutique business litigation practice in our Los Angeles (North Hollywood) office. Trépanier Tajima LLP handles all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-complaint investigation, legal research, written discovery, depositions, motions practice, expert witnesses, summary judgment, trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Many lawyers can litigate; we try cases. Because of our success in the courtroom, our opponents know we are always ready and willing to go to trial.

Qualified applicants will have excellent legal writing skills and the ability to meet internal and external deadlines. Creative legal analysis while maintaining attention to detail is imperative. The position is 70% brief writing and legal research, 15% depositions and courtroom appearances, and 15% admin and client interface. Courtroom and trial experience are preferred. Referrals and legal writing sample will be requested prior to interview. Transactional legal experience is also a plus.

Full or part-time work is available immediately. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

California bar required. Other bar admissions preferred.
