Gregory E. Eisner
Biography
Greg is Counsel with the Firm and has more than twenty years’ experience representing construction design professionals, commercial and retail property owners, product manufacturers, automobile finance companies and national banks. He has successfully represented property owners in premises liability claims, construction defect actions, and in pre-litigation risk assessments, and architects and engineers in professional negligence, contract and personal injury claims. Other clients have included large sports arenas, large retailers, and amusement centers in premises liability actions, and multi-national manufacturing companies in wrongful death actions. He has also successfully defended the largest national banks and manufacturing companies in federal and state environmental litigation and handled the defense of consumer class actions alleging violations of unfair competition, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and other consumer protection statutory schemes. Greg has successfully drafted and argued numerous summary judgment and other case-dispositive pre-trial motions and appeals and handles civil litigation in state and federal courts from pre-filing investigation through discovery and trial.
Prior to joining the Firm, Greg spent more than fifteen years as Special Counsel with the California law firm, Severson & Werson, APC, and prior to that, was an associate with the national firm Jenkens & Gilchrist, LLP. He graduated with honors from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and the University of California, Irvine.
Greg is licensed to practice in California (1997), Oregon (2005), all the Federal District Courts in California and Oregon, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
